Moment in Time

This reef is about fifty yards out from the shore. It’s not always easy to find it and when you do, there is often a cat-and-mouse game of surge and retreat, especially when the tide is rising. For much of the time, I was in knee-deep water but there were occasional waves that forced me to head for drier ground. After lots of takes and retakes, I finally got what I came for.
