Sacred Heart of Paris

Sacré-Cœur Basilica, located in Paris, France, is located at the summit of Montmartre. I captured this image about 1.5 hours before sunset, when the light was soft.

During my trip to Europe, in which I only used an iPhone and Moment lenses to capture images, the team over at Moment was curious about the challenges I would face when capturing images exclusively with an iPhone camera. Not only did I not face many challenges, I can tell you that I could not have got this image if I was shooting with my every-day DSLR camera.

This image required me to lay on the ground and stick the iPhone right near the water and cobblestone street so that I could get the reflection of Sacré-Cœur into most of my frame. My larger camera would not have worked here.
